保加利亞公路、鐵路、港口、機場等基礎設施完善，國內及歐盟周邊國家的貨物運輸主要以公路運輸和海運為主。境內國家級公路總長19602公里（類似高速）。地方級公路24000公里（類似國道），公路網健全，與周邊的羅馬尼亞、希臘、土耳其、馬其頓、塞爾維亞等國互通，物流運輸發達。
